Project Program: A Client has asked us to create the plan for a residential house using renderings and plans on houseplans.com as a reference of style and size. They asked to include an in-law suit on first floor that pass ADA requirements. They also asked for a home office with southern expose.
Commercial Building
Project Program: Sagamore Rowing Association is interest in adding a multipurpose room and office to there existing facility located in Oyster Bay. They would also like to enlarge existing bathrooms to include lockers and show area. New addition has to pass all ADA requirements.
